Current Calls for Fellowships at the Center for Holocaust Studies

The Center for Holocaust Studies at the Institute for Contemporary History offers annual grants for research stays at the Center in Munich. The fellowships are designed to support and foster international Holocaust research. The program is aimed at established as well as younger researchers. As we are interested in a high degree of international cooperation, applications from Europe as well as from all over the world are welcome. A topic within the field of Holocaust Studies is required in order to be eligible for one of the fellowships.

The fellowships are announced on an annual basis. We will publish all necessary information here as soon as there is an open call.

EHRI Fellowship Call: Conny Kristel Fellowship Programme

The EHRI fellowships are intended to support and stimulate Holocaust research by facilitating international access to key archives and collections related to the Holocaust as well as archival and digital humanities knowhow. The fellowships intend to support researchers, archivists, curators, and younger scholars, especially PhD candidates with limited resources. The Kristel Fellowships are funded by the European Union.
