!!! Due to urgent and unforeseeable renovation work in the archive storehouse, it will not be possible to retrieve archive material in the coming weeks. As soon as the work begins, probably from week 39, no archive material can therefore be presented for several weeks. Please postpone your visit to the archive until mid-November if necessary.
The production of digital copies will also be severely restricted during the renovation work. There may therefore be significant delays in processing reproduction orders.
The microfilm holdings (MA and MB signatures) are still accessible. Library use is also unaffected by the restrictions.
We very much regret the inconvenience and hope to be able to resume regular operations soon. !!!

Registration for the use of the archives

Preregistration is not generally necessary. You can, however, download the application form here to fill out and return to us signed.

If you have not sent us the application form in advance, you will need to fill it out at the Information Desk during the times listed below.

The application form is valid for one calendar year for the purposes of a research project. This presumes the recognition of our regulations (German).

Registration and assistance times:

Friday	9am - 12.30pm

 

 

Archival materials can only be used in the reading rooms in Munich.
